Wholesale Policy
Order Placement
- We deliver on Tuesday and Thursday
- Orders must be placed by 12 pm the day before the chosen delivery date.
- Payments must be made before the delivery date.
- Delivery are scheduled between 7 am to 2 pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- A $10 delivery fee applies to Sydney region orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free delivery.
- For areas outside our delivery zone will need to be discussed
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted with a full store credit refund.
- Orders must be cancelled by 12 pm the day before the scheduled delivery.
- Cash refunds are not offered.
Return/Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, returns are not accepted. In case of any issues with your order, please contact our team immediately.
- The client assumes full liability for the condition of the products upon delivery.
- Deliveries are non-refundable.
